Welcome to Strathy Hall II subdivision, which is located just minutes south of Richmond Hill, Ga. adjacent to HWY 144. The Strathy hall II subdivision contains 225 houses, 147 houses are in the HOA. The subdivision was constructed in 12 phases. The first phase of house construction started in 1989 and the final phase started in 2002. The Strathy Hall II subdivision is a Covenant protected community with all 225 houses under the covenants. The subdivision contains the following streets: McCrae Dr, Kelsall Dr, Bradley Dr, Flanders Dr, Maxwell Ct, Pengethly Dr, Wright Ct, Mahaffey Dr, Steele Wood Dr, Clay Ct. White Hall Rd, 7 houses on Mill Hill Road and the houses on the East side of Baylor Dr.
The purpose of the Strathy Hall II Homeowners Association is to preserve the quality of the community and to oversee matters of mutual interest to protect the homeowners of Strathy Hall II. Since the Strathy Hall II Homeowners Association was created, this has and will be the goal of the Homeowner Association Board and Homeowner Association Members. Yearly Home Owner Dues: Do not forget your homeowner fees are due on April 1. The fees are the same as last year, $350. After 15 April a late fee of $50.00 is added

Not a HOA member and interested in joining the HOA
If you are not an HOA member, live in Strathy Hall II subdivision, you may become a member by paying the $350 yearly HOA fee, signing an affidavit that puts your property under the HOA and paying a onetime $25 county recording fee. This only applies to Strathy Hall II property owners. The process is simple and the HOA will complete the paper work needed or assist you in completing the paper work.

The signage at the McCrae Street entrance was completed this spring.
At the Steele Wood Drive entrance there was an entrance sign several years back that was removed and never replaced. A new sign is presently being constructed and will be installed this winter.
Pool Reminders - Just a quick reminder on a couple of pool rules - you must have a pool key and be current on your HOA dues to enter the pool. Also, there is no smoking or glass bottles/ containers allowed in the pool area - if you break the rules you will be asked to leave the pool area and risk having your pool key deactivated. Please remember children 14 and under must have an adult member with them at the pool at all times - if one is not with them - they will be ask to leave. The pool gate must not be opened for anyone who does not have a key or if theirs doesn't work. They need to contact Strathy Hall HOA for a replacement, or to pay their yearly fees. If you see anyone violating these rules - please email us.
HOA Annual Dues - Payment is due on April 1 - if you have not paid your dues by April 15 they will be past due and a $50 late fee will be added.
HOA member annual dues are $350
For Strathy Hall Estate and Mill Hill residents who desire a pool only membership, the fee is $400. (Non HOA members in the Strathy Hall II subdivion must join the HOA for pool usage)

We will not post on the Strathy Hall NextDoor Page as it is not affiliated with the Strathy Hall II HOA. We will only respond via email. Please keep in mind we may not respond immediately but will return your email ASAP.
Fees on Water bill
There are two cost listed on everyone’s water bill that is collected on behalf of the Strathy Hall II subdivision, one for street lights and one for common area maintenance. These fees were set up by the developer in the covenants of the Strathy Hall II subdivision. The water company collects these fees, pays the street light bill on behalf of the subdivision and turns over to the subdivision monies collected for the common area maintenance.
